Each is a natural leadership expression — not a personality type, not a fixed label, but the way someone most authentically shows up as a leader.
Every person carries elements of all four expressions. Many are a blend of two dominant ones — for example, a Driver-Inspirer or a Sustainer-Cultivator. The LEAP assessment reveals your unique profile, whether pure or blended, empowering you to mentor more effectively and recognize the natural leadership expressions of those you mentor.
